Les Ateliers d'Etran is organizing an open day to discover the different professions that make up the ESAT (Etablissement et Service d'Accompagnement par le Travail).
This structure enables people with disabilities to work while benefiting from medical, social and educational support in a protected environment.
Mission :
> Promote the integration of disabled people into the workforce, including in a mainstream environment, by developing partnerships with other organizations
> Offer medical, social and educational support to workers and their families, by creating innovative support solutions based on the needs expressed by users
> Develop and enhance workers' skills
