World Cleanup Day is a global initiative that mobilizes citizens to pick up the litter that pollutes our environment. As part of the event, a Megothon is organized. But what is it? It's THE day to collect cigarette butts and raise awareness of their environmental impact. The aim is to make as many people as possible, smokers and non-smokers alike, aware of the consequences of cigarette butts in nature.
Why take part? Each cigarette butt collected saves 500 liters of water from pollution. Together, we can make a significant difference!
