Artistic mediation through YOGA
To take our approach even further, we've asked Séverine MALO to lead four yoga mediation workshops.
For 1h30, she will enable a dozen participants (aged 14 and over) to apprehend Florent Cordier's works in a more subtle way, through meditation and yoga postures. Séverine has the added talent of mastering French sign language: one of these four sessions will therefore be open to the deaf and hearing-impaired (information to be found on the cultural center's networks).
