Marché alimentaire bio solidaire

The solidarity food market is back on Friday April 5 from 4pm to 7pm in the market hall in Bretoncelles. From now on, it will take place at this time on the first Friday of each month: April 5, May 3, June 7, etc.

This solidarity market is an experiment inspired by the social security food project (https://securite-sociale-alimentation.org/). The idea is to make quality food accessible to all, without having to rely on food aid. The association calls on seven producers in the Bretoncelles area (bread, pasta, fruit, vegetables, preserves, cheese). Products are sold at this small market at "solidarity prices", i.e. with a 40% discount. The association guarantees suppliers the "producer price", thanks to a solidarity contribution fund, a donation box present at the market in which everyone can freely contribute to solidarity to the extent of their means.

This solidarity market is run by volunteers from the Pousses solidaires - Bretoncelles en Transition association.
