An exceptional presentation, due to its rarity and the fragility of its materials, of the flag of the St. Helena medallists.
Under the Second Empire, Napoleon III instituted a medal to reward veterans of the wars of the Revolution and Empire, including medallists from the Mortagne section from which this flag is said to have come.
A wonderful opportunity to discover this jewel of the Musée Percheron's collections and its restoration!
