Come and discover the practice of yoga, meditation and sound therapy with Morgane. Program for the day:
? 10h00-12h00: free trial class
? 13:00-14:00: Ayurvedic lunch break
? 15:00-16:00: presentation of sound therapy
? 17:00-18:00: meditation and chanting
? 7:00-8:00 pm: sound bath

Free participation (meal 10 ?). Places limited.
