The gong bath is a deep relaxation technique from Asia, using large symphonic and planetary gongs. This relaxation, akin to meditation, calms your mind and boosts your body?s energy, stimulating your immunity in a natural way thanks to the sounds and vibrations of the instruments.

We're over 70% water, and we know that the moon influences this element. So we like to play on full moons, and use water as a vector to allow the vibration to penetrate the body more deeply.
