To mark the 24th edition of the Jazzitudes festival, which runs from August 21 to 25, and the 80th anniversary of D-Day, the Si Bémol association and the City of Lisieux present Art Big Band, a jazz band from Normandy.
Directed by François Jaeger, the band will play a selection of famous songs by Glenn Miller, the great American trombonist, composer and big band jazz and swing bandleader of the 40s.
The group will share its passion for jazz in a large band setting, a remarkable experience that creates an exceptional dynamic on stage. A festive and artistic moment to celebrate the anniversary of the Liberation of Lisieux.
