Celebrate the Liberation of Montivilliers over the weekend, as part of the 80th anniversary of D-Day!

Saturday, September 14:
Salle Michel Vallery :
- 9:30am: Screening of the film "Être enfant en temps de Guerre", directed by Jean-Marie Chatelier with the AMISC teenage group.
- 11:20am: Screening of the film made by Lycée Jean Prévost students, under the direction of Céline Patingre.
- 11:30 am: Conference on "Montivilliers during the war", by Stéphane Lobruto, history-geography teacher.

Cour Saint Philibert :
- 11:30 am: Presentation of military vehicles, with Histoire et Passion 1944.
- 2pm to 6pm: "Au nom de la liberté" - Immersive show based on the story of a Montivillon resistance fighter, inspired by the true story of Fernand Vallée. Created by young Montivillons from the youth department. Running time: 15 min.
Performance times: 2 pm, 2:30 pm, 3 pm, 3:30 pm, 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 6 pm and 6:30 pm.
- 2pm and 3:30pm: DJ Set with Bertille Mix of period songs.
- 2pm and 6pm: "Ça swingue!", with Pat leads the dance.
- 4pm: "Chantons la Libération", by the Chorale du Moustier.
- 4.30pm: Birthday party in partnership with the Centre Social Jean Moulin.
- 5pm: Giant Madison, open to all.
- 5:30pm: Readings by the Maison des Arts theater workshop.
- 6pm: Official commemoration from the Town Hall
- 9pm: Concert by Madeeson and Co!

Abbaye Saint Philibert :
- 2pm-6pm Exhibition "80 years of commemoration", and broadcast of the podcast produced by Lycée Jean Prevost students
Abbaye refectory.
- 14h15 ? 3.15pm - 4.15pm ? 5:15pm: Film screenings by the Lanterne Magique, in the chapter house.
- 2.45pm - 3.45pm - 4.45pm: Readings by the Atelier Théâtre de la Maison des Arts, in the cloister.

Rue piétonne :
- Podcasts by students from Collège Raymond Queneau.
- World War II and the Liberation through books: Book presentations and meetings with guest authors.
- Presentation of vintage vehicles: Activities organized by the commercial union.

Sunday, September 15: Open from 10am to 5pm.
