The proposed rental is part of the Yearling residence. Its location is ideal. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND FAR FROM NOTHING. It is located in a secure residential estate with janitor, in the pretty little town of TOUQUES, 700 m from Deauville / Trouville Sur Mer. 15-minute walk from Deauville / Trouville Sur Mer train station. Touques shopping area with Carrefour and Leclerc hypermarkets 2 minutes away by car.
The rental
Attractive 84 m2 house, recently renovated and twinned by the garage. All the comforts you'd expect from a new house. This house is located in a very quiet residential area, ideal for a couple with children for a relaxing vacation. Excellent starting point for discovering all the treasures of Normandy. Please note that bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted in this establishment.
Breakdown
Ground floor: new, open-plan kitchen opening onto living room with garden access, deckchairs, bistro table and barbecue, + toilet and dressing room.
First floor: 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. wC and bathroom for a maximum capacity of 6 people plus a baby. Cot, highchair, crockery and bottle-feeding facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is brand new. Linen is provided, with the exception of beach towels. All beds (new bedding) are made up on arrival.
