Domaine de La Berterie is a haven of peace in the heart of nature, where you can relax and discover with your family. The 1.2-hectare estate includes a 16th-century manor house, a longère and a farmhouse renovated as a gîte in 2022, garden, meadow, orchard, henhouse... and spa.

Accommodation
Our gîte opens its doors, in a fully renovated part of the farmhouse, with a current interior surface area of 95 m2, very pleasant, functional with its many facilities, able to accommodate 4 people (+ baby), totally private and independent access, on-site parking, private garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and brazier, games, connected TV (netflix)... central heating, laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. From July 2023, an additional independent master bedroom and bathroom will accommodate up to 6 people.
Current gîte comprises a ground-floor living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting room with fireplace, upstairs 2 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds, one of which can be separated into 2 single beds), office area, separate toilet and shower room with double washbasin. Independent laundry area in basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The gîte is located on the garden level at the rear and elevated on the courtyard side with parking at the front. Covered relaxation area on the courtyard side for the spa, private garden to the rear of the house.
