We offer this apartment on the garden level of our 18th century mansion, in the heart of the historic center of Caen (between Place Saint-Sauveur and the castle), surrounded by a quiet garden with free secure parking. Very convenient for walking around the city, since we are close to shops, restaurants and places of interest (abbeys, museums...)
Ideal for 3 pers. (5 max), equipped kitchen, master suite with shower room and WC, small adjoining bedroom with shower room and WC (accessible from 3 people)
Sofa bed 160x200 in the living room.
Possibility of renting as a gîte or B&B (with breakfast) or for long stays. We also rent 3 guest rooms in the upper floors of the house.

- For stays of several nights, we do not enter the rooms before the final departure of the guests. We will ask them to air the room when they leave.
