The house's simplicity and sunny aspect provide all the comforts you need for a peaceful stay in the heart of Normandy's bocage countryside.
The 300 m2 house has 3 floors, only two of which are available to our guests.
The first floor (approx. 110m2) includes a large fitted kitchen with a bay window overlooking the garden and terrace.
It continues into the dining room, illuminated by 3 large French windows, also opening onto the terrace.
This opens onto the lounge-library, ideal for relaxing on the sofa in front of the TV or reading a good book.
On this level, there's also a bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room (with washing machine).
On the second floor are bedrooms, a bathroom (with Italian shower and bath) and a separate toilet:
- 1 bedroom with 140x190cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 180x190cm bed and balcony
- 1 bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed
- 1 master suite with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) and an adjoining bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm)
The house features a large terrace overlooking the garden and a barbecue.
