It comprises a living/dining room with a sea view, sofa, TV and DVD player, a kitchen with new equipment opening onto the living room, a shower room with washing machine/dryer, separate WC and 2 bedrooms with a view of the Dives estuary: one with 2 single beds (they can be moved closer together to make one double bed) and the other with 1 double bed and a loggia that can be used as an office. Storage cupboards at your disposal.
A balcony terrace with table and chairs lets you enjoy the sound of the waves.
Non-smoking rental. Pets not allowed. Parking in basement garage. Sheet rental available at extra charge.

Rental conditions
Year-round rental, 3-night minimum. One week minimum during school vacations.
A rental contract is drawn up between the 2 parties to confirm the reservation. A certificate of insurance for the tenant's home with extension to his rentals is required. A deposit of 500? is required and will be returned on departure if no damage is found.
