Dana Lerner will be pleased to give you information on the different and interesting stages of the work; from planting and maintaining the orchards to harvesting, and of course the transformation of organic apples into this unique, sparkling and bittersweet drink we call cider. At the end of the visits, a tasting of apple juice, cider or calvados produced on site
