A SPORT FOR EVERYONE:
Young (from 9 years old), less young, men or women, TIR at the ARC is practiced all year round. Indoors in winter, in the open air when the weather is fine (on the stadiums, in the countryside, in the archery gardens), TIR à L'ARC is a relaxing and leisure activity, which can also be practised in competition.
CONCENTRATION and CONTROL are two qualities that are developed as each person progresses.
