On the 1st and 2nd floors of a detached house located in the center of the charming village of Villerville, walking distance to the beach at 20m. Recently renovated with a large sea view from all floors. Sunset in front of the windows all summer long! Close to shops, restaurants. 4 km from Trouville / Deauville and 9 km from Honfleur. It is over equipped because we live there all year long. The beds will be made on your arrival, the bath and beach towels (depending on the season) are provided.

Very nice services for this duplex located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a detached house. The 3 star rating guarantees a very good level of comfort and equipment. Independent entrance. Provision of a cot, high chair, baby shower chair, buckets, shovels, scooters. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and food processor. Towels and sheets are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival.
The living room (on the 2nd floor) is closed by a door giving on the landing of the staircase accessing the rooms.
Free parking spaces (November to April) are available at the foot of the duplex. In season, free parking spaces are all near the duplex
In Villerville you will find a tennis court, an equestrian center, and the golf course of Saint Gatien is very close.
At the practical level and shops, you will find a post office, a coccimarket, street vendors (spring/autumn) of local fruits and vegetables, a fishmonger, a butcher. The farm of the castle of Villerville proposes all year long products of the farm, fruits and vegetables BIO of season. You will find 5 restaurants in the village.
