The 3 Angles association is pleased to invite you to the vernissage of the Le Mur Cherbourg mural by Lyon artist Spirale, to be held on Friday September 20 at 5:30pm. In collaboration with Les Bouchées Cherbourgeoises, Lyon-based artist Spirale will be highlighting the culinary arts of our beautiful city of Cherbourg. From September 16 to 20, Spirale will create a fresco inspired by the different bouchées offered by our local restaurateurs, to celebrate the richness and diversity of our gastronomy.
Influenced by urban culture and the skateboarding scene of the 90s and 2000s, Spirale now moves between street art, canvas and wild painting. Using a multitude of details and colors, his work is inspired by his daily observations, which he transposes into drawings using his imagination. Everything is linked in his colorful, organic world, and this translates into strong elements often attached to each other by cables, symbols of the ultra-connectivity of our era. Her work is constantly evolving, just like the world around her, which is why the substance of her message remains the same, but the form changes according to the moment and the people she meets.
