A young woman's journey towards realizing her innermost desire: to play!
The daughter of a Turkish father and a French mother, Euphrate is a high-school senior who is experiencing difficulties with the school system. In addition to her mediocre results, she is soon to decide on a career path: a real headache. This leads her to wonder how her dual culture has affected the construction of her identity.
In a delightful, humorous dialogue with her father, she sets out to discover her Turkish roots and childhood memories. Intertwining dance and words, the show recounts with the freedom of a joyful body the long road to asserting her own voice as a woman.
For the visually impaired or blind, Elisabeth Martin-Chabot (Ecouter l'image) offers an audiodescription of the show (2pm session), preceded by a tactile tour.
