Château de Carneville is home to many stories. Not least that of a family who arrived on the estate in 2012 and faced a number of challenges. A family who had the crazy dream of acquiring and restoring this venerable building, its annexes and its 7-hectare estate of architectural gardens, arboretum, pond and natural valley.
Visiting this local monument is not just an opportunity to spend a pleasant moment, it's also a way of participating in this wonderful project and supporting French heritage.
This winter, the château can be seen in a whole new light: By night, lit by candles. A timeless and mysterious moment during which its history and secrets are revealed... even in the attics.
At the end of the tour, a glass of estate cider will be shared in the cellars to discuss the current project being undertaken by the château?s team.
These special moments will also highlight the château?s new museum room, which houses the memorabilia of the family who built the estate.
