As part of the 2024 European Heritage Days, the Communauté de Communes Interrégionale Aumale - Blangy-sur-Bresle, with the support of Mr. Yannick DELEFOSSE, author of the book "V1? Arme du désespoir" will be organizing 2 tours on the weekend of September 21 and 22 at the former V1 launch base at Poteau de Montauban, in the commune of Guerville.
Guided tour program:
- Saturday September 21: 10:00 am
- Sunday September 22: 10:00 am
These free guided tours, lasting between 1h30 and 2h00, will explain the operation of the V1 and how it was used, as well as a brief description of the various technical buildings and the historical features of the site in 1944.
