The term Brain Gym® refers to a set of 26 simple, playful movements called "activities".
Here, I discuss the application of these 26 movements, which aim to release blockages and enable us to access our full potential.
This method links body movements to the brain functions involved in learning (any new situation).
The aim of these workshops is to provide you with stress management tools.
How can we do this?
- by stimulating your balance systems (proprioceptive-vestibular-visual).
- by promoting fine and gross motor coordination.
Why do we do it?
- improve self-confidence, balance, memory, attention, organization, concentration, (?).
- Duration: 3 hours from 2pm to 5pm.
- 8 places available per session.
- Registration by email required.
- One session will be offered each month.
- Each session is unique, so you can attend on an occasional or regular basis.
- Public: from 12-14 years old.
- Soft clothing and water bottle recommended.
