Dana Lerner will be happy to tell you all about the different and interesting stages of work during a one-hour guided tour; from planting to orchard maintenance to harvesting, and of course the transformation of organic apples into that unique, sparkling, bittersweet beverage we call cider. At the end of the tour, we offer tastings of apple juice, cider or calvados produced on site.
