Cédric, Manu, Arthur, Julien and Andreas form the group MPL. With over 200 dates under their belts, MPL has built up a growing following, and sees each concert as a special opportunity to express their artistic identity. With swirling guitars, bass and electronic beats, MPL makes the music of its time while blurring the tracks of time.

Heady melodies, poetic lyrics brimming with images and landscapes, and a determination to do away with the patterns imposed by society. In short, boys of today, who raise questions and dare to become something other than what the old world expects of them. MPL?s new album, Bonhommes, is born of this perpetual questioning of their masculinity and affirmation of their sensibility.
The "Les Rendez-vous Soniques" festival is organized by Normandy, Scène de Musiques Actuelles, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, the Normandy Region, the Conseil départemental de la Manche, the City of Saint-Lô and Saint-Lô Agglo.
