30m² living/kitchen area: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, large fridge), sofa bed, TV.
Bathroom: walk-in shower, bathmat, hairdryer.
Separate toilet.
1 10m² master bedroom on ground floor, bed 140x190 (new bedding)
Children's sleeping area above with 140x190 mattress (also suitable for adults, but narrow access)
Private south-facing terrace accessed from the bedroom. Outdoor area with barbecue, table and chairs.
Free-access washing machine in the hall.
Cleaning is not included and must be done before departure.
Bed linen and tea towels provided (towels not included)
Ideal for 2/4 people but can accommodate 6.
