Pays d'Auge.

a dining area and a sitting area with sofa, armchairs and TV, a kitchen and a small shower room with WC. Upstairs are two adjoining bedrooms
with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 double bed (160x200) or 2 twin beds (80x200). Terrace with garden furniture. Large private lawn area for the gîte.
Unenclosed property of over 1.5 hectares with shared swimming pool, table tennis, trampoline and portico. The pool is heated from June 1 to September 30. It measures
