True symbols of sustainable development, trees are part and parcel of the Normandy landscape – naturally. Whether it be the beech “cathedrals” of the domaine forest of Lyons-la-Forêt (Eure), the arboreta within our botanic gardens in Caen, Bayeux (Calvados) or Coutances (Manche), or the protected landscapes of the Parc Naturel Régional du Cotentin et du Bessin, there’s plenty of scope to go hug a tree!
