As the sole manager of the bakery, sales, and agricultural operation (I cultivate my wheat), I distribute my bread on Tuesdays at 3:30 pm at l'Épicerie du Square in Saint-Lô, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the farmers' market at La Cabane Penchée in Baudre (La Ferme du Perriers), and at the Quibou bakery. I also distribute on Thursdays at the organic market in Quibou from 4 pm to 7 pm.
