The gite adjoins the town hall with 50m² of lawn and a 1000m² gravel yard: all fenced. Ground floor: kitchen, veranda with sofa bed, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds), shower room. Gas central heating, microwave. The town hall is very occasionally occupied. The heating is included in the price.
