On the one hand, the gastronomic world of Symbiose, in a hushed, intimate atmosphere, where you can enjoy the creative, tasteful cuisine of chef Charles-Antoine, inspired by seasonal Normandy produce. Charlotte, a passionate sommelier, will accompany your tasting experience with a fine selection of wines.
On the other side of the room, in a more relaxed atmosphere, the tasting bar offers contemporary, no-holds-barred cuisine with a focus on sharing.
