IL FORNO DI TROUVILLE
After years spent in Paris, a longing for peace and authenticity led Agnès and Marcos to Trouville-sur-Mer.
It was here, in the heart of this charming town, that Il Forno di Trouville was born.
Building on the success of their previous restaurant, which was awarded two Papilles d’Or, we chose to continue our wonderful adventure in Normandy to be closer to our family.
Here, Agnès is the driving force behind the dining room. She welcomes you warmly, takes your orders and ensures that every moment is warm and convivial.
Marcos, a passionate chef for over 30 years, carries on the tradition of pizza-making and Italian recipes. In the kitchen, every dish is prepared with authenticity, attention to detail and generosity.
Their cuisine is homemade, using carefully selected ingredients, blending the best of Italy with the riches of Normandy.
