One Saturday a month, Villa Montebello offers adults a whole afternoon devoted to art, in a friendly atmosphere with no prior knowledge required.
Each session begins with an exploration of the permanent collections or a temporary exhibition, before continuing in a workshop where participants practise an artistic technique: drawing, painting, modelling, printmaking, collage or even sculpture. The themes change from month to month, following both the museum’s programme and the rhythm of the seasons – from an exhibition dedicated to Charles Pecrus to botanical prints created using plants gathered from the garden.
Two and a half hours to observe, experiment and take your time – to enjoy the experience for yourself.

> Saturday 27 March 2027: spring prints. Gathering plants in the museum garden and making botanical prints using a press
> Saturday 24 April 2027: land art. Ephemeral artwork in the museum garden.
> Saturday 22 May 2027: (Anglo-)Norman architecture, from Trouville to the conquest of the world (Millennium 2027, European Year of the Normans). Clay modelling
> Saturday 5 June 2027: soapstone sculpture
