‘Sea Reset’, a mindful walk by the sea – Pink October

Les Cures Marines invite you to the beach for a wellness break in the great outdoors. On the programme: breathing exercises, gentle movements and mindful walking, in tune with the rhythms of the sea. An invitation to slow down, reconnect with what really matters and come together for a cause that affects us all.

For each participant, €10 will be donated in full to the Caen-based charity Reboob, which is committed to the fight against breast cancer. Every step thus becomes an act of solidarity.
