Calling all food lovers! The Grand Hôtel is hosting a cookery workshop centred on one of its most iconic specialities: the madeleine.
Guided by the hotel’s pastry chef, participants will discover the secrets behind the Grand Hôtel’s famous madeleines, before personalising them with the flavour of their choice. The workshop will continue with a ‘Proustian Afternoon Tea’, featuring a tasting of the creations accompanied by a hot drink.
A gourmet experience, combining pastry-making expertise with the world of Marcel Proust, open to everyone aged 10 and over.
