It is famed to be one of the best regions for salmon and sea trout fishing. Its rivers are known to abound in the eagerly sought salmo fario, whose natural breeding rates are amongst the highest in France. Our lakes, marshes and rivers are also home to many carnivorous fish such as pike, zander and perch.
The great diversity of the coastline offers some brilliant fishing locations for anglers of all abilities.
