Bright flat on two levels, modern and well-thought-out (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, flat-screen TV, CD and DVD player, towel radiator). Ideally located between the cathedral and the Natural History Museum, close to the the "Volcan" Cultural Centre by Oscar Niemeyer, the Town Hall, the fishing port, the St François Neighbourhood and its restaurants as well as the shops and public transport. This holiday cottage consists in: large living room (25 sq m) with spacious and well equipped kitchen area, dining area, and lounge with TV and convertible sofa bed on the ground floor.
