Enhanced disinfection of communal areas, particularly door handles, room keys and payment terminals where contactless payment is not possible, between each guest’s stay.

Cleaning equipment, particularly microfibre cloths and wipes, is changed after each room.
Use of disinfectant cleaning products approved in accordance with standard EN 14476.
Staff are trained in protective measures and ensure they wash their hands as frequently as possible and after every interaction.
Breakfast is preferably served in your room.
