Oter sauna – Langrune-sur-mer – Rue de Luc
Oter Sauna is a mobile wood-fired sauna situated overlooking the sea on the Côte de Nacre.
In Langrune Est, you can find us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at a slightly elevated spot, offering a higher and more unobstructed view of the English Channel.
For one hour, the sauna is at your disposal to experience a ritual inspired by the Nordic countries, structured around three sessions of around 15 minutes in the heat, interspersed with cooling-off periods outside or directly in the sea.
Each session is accompanied by an aromatic ritual using essential oils, to further enhance the sense of immersion and disconnection.
In autumn, the experience takes on a whole new dimension: the air grows cooler, the coastline becomes calmer, and the contrast between the warmth of the fire and the coolness of the English Channel becomes even more intense.
Enjoy it alone, as a couple, with friends or family, in a shared session or as a private booking.
