Oter sauna – Langrune-sur-Mer – Promenade Aristide Briand
Oter Sauna is a mobile wood-fired sauna situated overlooking the sea on the Côte de Nacre.
In Langrune Centre, you can find us on Sundays and Mondays on the lower sea wall, right by the beach, with a direct view of the sea as soon as you step out of the sauna.
For one hour, the sauna is at your disposal to experience a ritual inspired by the Nordic countries, structured around three sessions of around 15 minutes in the heat, interspersed with cooling-off periods outside or directly in the English Channel.
Each session is accompanied by an aromatic ritual using essential oils, to further enhance the sense of immersion and disconnection.
In autumn, the experience takes on a whole new dimension: the air turns cooler, the beach empties, and the contrast between the heat of the sauna and the coolness of the sea becomes even more intense.
Enjoy it alone, as a couple, with friends or family, in a shared session or as a private booking.
