Moussaillons
A variety of adapted activities to help you discover the marine environment, the basics of weather forecasting, the tidal cycle and some sailing, weather permitting.
The instructor will help them discover the marine environment through fishing trips on foot when the tide is low enough, or trap fishing aboard the caravel at high tide. They will also discover the species we have observed in their natural environment in our aquarium. We’ll also be using knots, handicrafts and folding to make kites and wind turbines, and so gain a better understanding of wind energy.
Outings to the water’s edge in a caravel, optimist or paddle, weather permitting, will also be on the programme.
