An adventure for young and old explorers
Accompanied by our enthusiastic guides, you’ll learn to “read” the beach. Under every rock, in every puddle, lies a miniature world just waiting to be observed.
Learn to flush out: spot the spray from a knife or the currycomb hidden under the seaweed.
Understand the ecosystem: Discover how crabs, prawns and different shellfish live.
Responsible fishing: We’ll teach you the right things to do (minimum sizes, repositioning rocks) to preserve our coastline.
-Your beach bag: the equipment you need
To make the most of your outing, here’s what you need to pack in your bag:
On your feet: Shoes suitable for going in the water (old trainers or reef shoes) to avoid slipping or injuring yourself on the rocks.
Sun protection: Even if the sea air is cool, the reverberation is strong. Don’t forget sun cream and sunglasses.
Against the elements: The wind can be strong on the foreshore! Make sure you bring a windbreaker and a fleece to keep warm.
A little extra comfort: The wetsuit is provided by the club, so you’ll be perfectly insulated for exploring without worrying about the damp.

Outings are organised according to tide times and water levels. Don’t forget to book your time! Groups of 5 people minimum.
