This new 28-seat restaurant is a genuine gourmet stopover. The chef, Olivier Da Silva, already awarded with a Michelin star for another restaurant, decided to settle in Rouen. His surprise menus allows customers to discover new flavours every time. The kitchen is open onto the restaurant, only separated by a glass wall so you can see, from the dining room, how this young chef works.
