Close to William the Conqueror’s castle, Isabelle and Benoit, constantly strive to put local Normandy produce into their meals. Their buckwheat pancakes (galettes) are made with a local sifted flour guaranteeing a smooth and tasty dish.
They are dedicated to high standards when they offer a huge range of local produce. They belong to the organisation Chef et Terroir, which is all about quality. Open Wednesday to Monday lunch time and everyday from 8 July to 25 August.
