Crêperie la Cloche
Classic or scallop buckwheat pancake with leek fondue, Norman crêpe with stewed apples, salted caramel and flaked almonds, salads… this is what François Ridel offers in his ice cream pancake bar on the ground floor and in his restaurant on the upper floor. His recipes are inspired by his family, living in Mont Saint-Michel since 1663, and homemade with local products.
