Yoga Workshop: Yogartothèque

Following a guided tour of the exhibition, Valérie Deschamps, a yoga teacher, will lead a workshop open to everyone, whatever your age or ability.
A chance to come together for a wellness break and to reflect on a single intention: how can we allow the artists’ world to resonate within us? Through gentle poses and guided relaxation exercises, the group will share a unique moment of relaxation right at the heart of the exhibited works.
What to bring:
– yoga mat, blanket
– loose-fitting, comfortable clothing

Who is it for? Anyone aged 8 and over
Duration: 45 minutes for a guided tour of the exhibition, followed by 1 hour 15 minutes of yoga
