Naturalist engravings from the heritage collection’s publications

To mark the 43rd European Heritage Days, the Honfleur Media Library is presenting a lovely selection of books from its heritage collection, further enriched by items on loan from two collectors of travel literature. What these books have in common is that they all feature natural history engravings, each one more beautiful than the last. From Buffon to Figuier, via Bougainville and De La Harpe, come and discover all the wonders of nature in pictures!
