Musical: Do you know the song?

Musical show – Suitable for ages 10 and over

Louis Caratini is a singer, pianist, guitarist and trombonist – and a passionate fan of French-language songs. In this interactive concert, which explores the works of Trenet, Gainsbourg, Diam’s, Barbara and many others, he invites the audience to guess the songwriters: a delightful blind test that reveals both the richness and the lesser-known aspects of the repertoire. Witty and erudite, he recounts the stories hidden behind the hits, explores the notion of plagiarism and celebrates language as the raw material of song. A musical journey where knowledge and discovery are equally valued.

“A blind test where not knowing is a victory”

This show is presented as part of the Nuit des Conservatoires. The doors of Le Cube will be wide open from 5.30 pm for auditions, meet-and-greets and musical entertainment. After the show, head to the foyer for a giant karaoke session!
