Exhibition – Jean-Jacques Podetti, painter, and Josyane Schneider, sculptor

The Sunday 25 October at 11 a.m00

22 Rue des Lingots La P'tite Galerie 14600 HONFLEUR

Jean-Jacques PODETTI

Jean-Jacques PODETTI describes his style as ‘modern figurative’. Urban landscapes and moments of city life captured with his camera whilst out and about are his favourite subjects. Portraiture also features prominently in his work. A vibrant body of work waiting to be discovered, reflecting the bustling pace of city life.

Josyane SCHNEIDER

Oscillating between social comedy and human tragedy, Josyane SCHNEIDER explores, through myths and symbols, the universal nature of the human condition.

In doing so, she builds a bridge between past civilisations and our contemporary world, inviting you to define the place we occupy within it.

She plays with contrasts and gives pride of place to the material itself. She mainly uses the Raku firing technique for her figures, but also enjoys working with glazed stoneware for more sculptural pieces, sometimes incorporating steel.

You can also discover the latest creations by the ten members of La P’tite Galerie:

Léa Badrah – Magalie Boucher Kips – Jocelyne Cognard – Pascal Dalous – Rosette Fabry – Mireille Lancelin – Hervé Marchelidon – Sailev – Erik de Saint Pierre – Jeanne Wallard.
