Accompanied by a passionate cheesemaker, discover the best cheeses of Normandy and elsewhere. For each cheese, a historical anecdote and a tasteful pairing to awaken your taste buds!
Meeting in front of the tasting place “La taverne St Amant”.

Presentation of this typical and emblematic place of the city.
After a short presentation of all we will start to explore the French terroirs through the map of France.
The tasting of each cheese accompanied by a drink and other dishes can begin. A round table discussion is held so that each guest can give their opinion on the cheese and the choice of pairing. We can share our impressions and taste sensations.

A small booklet in which to note impressions and memories will be delivered before we part.
A room of the restaurant, and a heated terrace awaits you to spend a moment of conviviality together.
