Concert: Tales of Nar – Keyvan Chemirani

Concert for all ages
Nominated for the 2026 Victoires du Jazz in the ‘World Music Album’ category

Sons of the master Djamchid Chemirani, Keyvan and Bijan embody both a prestigious lineage of Persian music and a passion for the interweaving of traditions. For *Tales of Nar* – the tales of *New Ancient Rhythms* – they are joined by jazz pianist Benjamin Moussay and violinist Yvlin, a performer regularly associated with the Deutsche Oper in Berlin.

Together, the four musicians weave a flamboyant kaleidoscope in which ancient rhythms and modernity blend with obvious jubilation. Meditative and festive, restrained and exuberant, the concert also leaves plenty of room for improvisation, giving each evening its own unique flavour.
